Abstract

Culture is a vast and deep arena. In the meantime, several factors can affect the culture and change it. Humans live in a society and each society has its own culture. It can be said that indigenous or popular culture is a set of actions, behaviors and knowledge, way of life, consumption of food and clothing, religious thoughts and all the things that people have inherited from their past. But these cultural elements may penetrate from one system to another. This process has affected all economic, social, political, cultural and educational aspects of human life through information and communication technologies. Among these sectors that are affected is culture and society, which is the most important foundation of civilization and identity of any society.

Cultural protection refers to an identity that prevents culture from degenerating over time and seeks to create a positive transformation in it. Among the many efforts that have been made over time to stabilize and promote culture, this research is also an attempt to identify the basic elements and components that are effective for cultural preservation.
