Research related to conflict management in public and private organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran (systematic review of models, challenges and solutions)

Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of reviewing research related to conflict management in public and private organizations in Iran. All relevant articles were removed after listing and reviewing a number due to inconsistencies with the title and content of the research during the review process. Finally, 20 articles were reviewed and data were extracted. The results show that 65% of the research conducted with the concept of management in organizations was written by faculty members of the universities and the remaining 35% by students. Also, the mentioned researches have been conducted in different cities of Iran, which has been the most frequent at the national level. 80% of the researches have used quantitative research methods. Finally, the results indicate that in the research conducted by researchers on components and variables such as employee effectiveness, openness of communication, confidence building, conflict styles, causes of conflict, employee performance, personality types, personality traits, human productivity, Organizational intelligence, emotional intelligence, conflict management strategies, organizational structure, organizational performance, triple management skills, organizational justice, communication quality, burnout, job stress, have received more attention.
