Investigating the Effects of Organizational Background Characteristics on Fostering Employee Creativity from the Perspective of Human Resources Development and Communication Atmosphere

Abstract

Organizational climate is a set of characteristics that describe an organization and distinguish it from other organizations that are almost stable over time and affect the behavior of people in the organization as well as creativity. Employees are the use of mental ability to create a new idea or concept, which is the effort of employees to make a purposeful change in the social or economic power of the organization, given that proper organization for the development of human resources is an important factor in promoting interest. The implementation and implementation of organizational plans, the effect of which is to improve the communication climate and human resource management in the performance of the organization is determined, therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational context characteristics on fostering employee creativity from the perspective of human resource development and communication climate. The type of research is applied and in terms of correlation-survey method. The statistical population of the research is all employees of social security insurance in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. The research tool is a questionnaire and the sample size is 249 people and the information collected through software SPSS and Lisrel software analyzed. The results show that the characteristics of organizational contexts have a positive effect on fostering employees' creativity in terms of human resource development and communication climate, and it is suggested that managers of the Social Security Insurance Organization through the expansion of jobs vertically, responsibilities and control
