Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and organizational justice with the quality of work life of teachers in Dehdasht in 1399. This study was an applied study in terms of descriptive-correlational type, a cross-sectional study in terms of purpose and a cross-sectional study in terms of time. The statistical population of the study included all first secondary school teachers in Dehdasht in the academic year of 2009-2010 in the number of 400 people. The sample size was selected based on Morgan table 196 people by simple classification method. For data collection, three questionnaires of social capital, Nahapit and Gushal (1998), Nihoff and Morman Organizational Justice Questionnaire (1993) and Walton Work Quality Questionnaire (1973) were used. Data were tested using SPSS software in descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Pearson correlation coefficient between the social capital variable with the quality of teachers 'working life was equal to 0.87 and between the organizational justice variable with the quality of teachers' working life was equal to 0.64, which is significant at the error level of 05%. According to the beta coefficient (β), in the dimensions per standard unit of structural, cognitive and relational increase, 0.485, 0.224 and 0.340 standard units increase the quality of teachers' working life, respectively. According to the beta coefficient (β), for one standard unit, increasing the procedural and interactive subscales, 0.254 and 0.389 standard units, respectively, increases the quality of teachers' working life.
